Please make sure you have connected USB/DP cable with PC, and plug the power adapter accordingly. DP cable is inserted to the independent display card tightly. WebComfort is subjective but Pimax are releasing a new Comfort Kit, and head strap this year. I only gave 4 stars for two reasons: 1- the build quality on the outside is cheap. For what it cost, it feels like it can break easily. Be careful with it. 2- getting used to the software and getting the Pimax set exactly how you want it takes a LONG TIME.
