WebI swam all the way down the coast searching and discovered them at the first rock hill/mountain out in the water northwest of Widow's Watch Ruins and northeast of Fort Hraggstad. Id do this if possible 2. Does green spring hollow reset? If so, leave the cell and wait 30 days in game time. Should reset the location. 3.
